SADC Public Finance Bulletin Vol. 1
The 2011 1st Quarterly meeting was held to enhance capacity of members through exposing them to thematic areas of the role of parliament in a developmental state, budget monitoring and tracking, social and economic impact of debt, as well as the interface of civil society and parliament in budget oversight. The meeting also approved and signed the Constitution of the Association.Click here to download

The main objective of the Association is to create a regional platform for sharing domestic, regional and international experience, as well as avail empirical information on regional and international best practice in the budget process to enhance Executive oversight.
